The trade marks and logos of the partners mentioned belong to their respective owners and are reproduced with their permission.

Personal data

Data submitted through the contact form is processed to respond to your request. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, where your message is not part of such a step, our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries addressed to us (art. 6(1)(f)). You are not asked for consent: filling in the form is enough. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and at most three years after the last contact. It is neither transferred nor sold to third parties.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. These rights can be exercised by email at contact@farm-connect.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Within the services, the farmer remains the holder of their farm data: no exchange takes place without their explicit authorisation, for an identified purpose and recipient.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Webfonts are served from our own servers: no request is made to a third-party service when you visit.
